Depending on the plan you choose, an AMC covers scheduled preventive maintenance, remote and on-site support, priority breakdown response, performance monitoring, and — on our top tier — genuine parts and consumables.
Which machines are eligible?
We provide AMC for the Konica Minolta AccurioPress production range we specialize in, including 1060, C2060, C2070, C3070, C3080, C4065 and C4070. Older platforms may be covered where feasible.
How fast is the response time?
AMC customers receive priority response. Exact response targets are defined in your contract and depend on your plan and location across our service areas.
